Our Annual Traveling Issue is Out Now!
This has always been a favorite issue to produce for us because it gives us a chance to gather and relay some really great adventures from our readers, writers and more. It’s always great to hear about other’s journeys, especially when it might be from a place that we would not immediately think would be cool, and fun, to visit. This issue brings stories from locations close to Sacramento, to all the way around the world. We even managed to find room for a great article about gay (and lesbian) camping, for those that have the desire and the equipment.
Weddings, Weddings, Weddings!
Last year brought about a lot of very festive wedding ceremonies and we asked our readers to share a single photo that they felt summed up their event the best. We got a lot of photos and we were happy to pull out all the stops and run three full pages of pictures in this, our Wedding Expo edition! And it is just in time for our upcoming Fourth Annual Sacramento LGBT Wedding Expo on Sunday, March 6, at the Hyatt Regency. We hope to see you all there for the free wedding planning event. (Check out page 15 for more event details, and or the wedding/engagement pics, well, they start on page 10)
Our Romance and Weddings Issue is Out Now!
The 21st Annual Romance and Weddings issue is the first of two loving and romantic issues that we do each year. Following this issue, out on February 25th, will be our LGBT Wedding Expo issue. Both issues will be at the upcoming LGBT Wedding Expo, Sunday, March 6, at the Hyatt, downtown Sacramento.
The January 28, 2016 Issue is Out
Our cover features Raph, a singer who grew up in London, is quite open about his sexual preference, and his new song, “Star,” is a tribute to his mother. You can read all about it on page 13.
Here we are in the thick of the Holiday Season...
Christmas is just a day or two away and before you know it, we will be toasting to a brand New Year. We hope that you are finding lots of fun things to do, and buy, and seeing many smiling faces throughout this festive time.
As our new cover suggests, we’ve gathered a list of great things to do for the upcoming New Year’s celebrations, and we even have taken a look back over some significant LGBT events that happened in 2015. Looking at that page it’s easy to see that 2015 was a banner year for our community, but it should also set a cautious tone that a lot of that could unravel, with the wrong person in the White House. (Just sayin’)
