Melissa Etheridge Talks About Her New CD, Her Activism and Her Relationship

Melissa Etheridge is easily one of the all-time greatest female rock icons – ever. Truly at the top of her game, she is returning to her rock roots with her new CD Fearless Love, a brand new band and a new nationwide tour in the works.

Being released on April 27th on Island Records, work on the CD has been keeping Melissa pretty busy, but she took a few minutes to talk to Outword about Fearless Love and what’s new in her life.

Sing Out Louise! A SGMC Broadway Celebration

Steel Train Offers Free MP3 Download of Turnpike Ghost

Frontman Jack Antonoff and Steel Train have been touring as an opener for Tegan & Sara, but the New jersey quintet is ready to step out on their own with a national tour starting in June.

In the meantime, they're working on a new yet untitled CD that will feature their hit single Turnpike Ghost, showcasing their silky four-part harmonies from singer-guitarist Jack Antonoff, bassist Evan Winiker, guitarist Daniel Silbert, and keyboardist Justin Huey.
