Issue 445, Holiday Shopping Part One

Get ready to fill your shopping bags with fun stuff! And I don’t mean Black Friday sale items, either. After years of depressing financial news, maybe this is the year you skip a nice dinner and spend that money bringing a smile to someone else’s face. Take some time to shop and explore and find something really special.
With this issue of Outword we offer some interesting off-the-beaten-path ideas that could just make a little light go off over your head. How about a really cool three-story doll house, or a vintage, fine china cup and saucer? How about a cool lamp (that isn’t featured on every home makeover TV show), or a unique decorative piece for that collector in your life? Turn to page 16 and 17 and you’ll see what I mean.

Between us and our advertisers you will find lots of things to do, see and gift in the pages of this special Holiday issue. Heck, if you have a little bit of room under the tree, you just might be able to fit a hella-cute Fiat 500 under there for the motoring adventurer on your list. (Hey, it’s never too late to dream special dreams - especially at this time of year).
