Outword’s January 12 Issue

For many of us, the new year provides a “line in the sand” where from this point forward things are going to get better. We here at Outword know that sentiment well. After just coming off an extended, and rare, winter break, we are recharged, refreshed and ready to make things move and shake in 2012.

The first issue of the new year has us focusing on Health and Body and we have some local talent lending a hand with some great words of wisdom. Julie and Darnell talk about strength, health and pride. Luca tells us what we need to know to enjoy heal and toe pampering, and Earth Talk asks the question, “Does echinacea really work?”

Our very own Chris Narloch highlights “The Wild Bride” and “West Side Story,” coming to Broadway Sacramento, and he takes a peek at some new movies like, “Shame,” staring the uncannily good looking Michael Fassbender.
